The special pleasure to Eugene reached articles about web. It before never heard this
word and only recently it learned, that web indicates in the transfer from the
German - " noisy web". By this in a word designate the situation, when suddenly
begin to occur different terrible and not very, but the completely inexplicable web events.
When in the peaceful apartment begin to be heard knocks, moans, sobbings, whose
source tenants cannot establish. Or, suddenly, begin to fly and to be divided off plates
and vases, and even… refrigerators, to self-ignite thing and wall… And there are many
other improbable incidents… Recently, on TV showed the American series, which
directly so was called - web events. Was here already where go on the spree to director…
but it clearly thickened paints - the reported by eyewitnesses cases of web not such
already bloody, but are faster - amusing…
Before the departure from the USSR Eugene it visited web conference, which was
named very scientifically - " Phenomena of web". It turned out that precisely in this
aspect organizers examined irregular phenomena. There it for the first time was
introduced to the man, who not only observed all possible miracles, but also itself was a
participant in the events, caused by irregular phenomena.
This outwardly usual person organized secondary cyclone for a study of anomalous
contact situations. In his report at this conference he described that itself, with its
assistants is occupied by a practical study, and, more precise, by the investigation
of these phenomena with the use, in addition, parapsychological procedures. Is sufficient
to frequently them be necessary to be occupied " by the expulsion of the web" , at the
invitation of suffering, and, in certain cases specialists themselves also undergo danger.
On one of the sessions of the conference it demonstrated and commented on video film,

events themselves, photographed in the film.
But into the irregular phenomena it nevertheless came to believe and asked .Priyma to

already thus desirable Eugene to be present with any poltergeystike! Finally, with its
eyes to see present miracles in the usual life… And nevertheless one only time in the
life, Eugene is itself, by its own eyes by strong glasses, saw the absolutely inexplicable,
truly irregular phenomenon, connected with web.
With early spring, in the park, that it was next to its house, he saw strange tracks on
the friable March of snow around one of the trees. These were the amazingly correct,
flat concentric circles, made as if a ski, by the width of 10 cm. tree was accurately in
the center of these circles. Thin branches were broken off, but not all. Snow was
depressed by approximately 2 cm. of Kray were absolutely accurate, without which
intersections. Circles it was at the identical distance (about 10 cm.) from each other.
The diameter of the last, largest ring was about 5 meters, and the closest to the tree -
60 cm.
